Payment Terms

At Elite Power Tools, we provide secure and convenient payment options to suit your needs. Kindly review the following terms to ensure a smooth payment and delivery process.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only for Nairobi orders valued at KES 10,000 or less.
• For orders above KES 10,000 or deliveries outside Nairobi, full payment must be made in advance before dispatch.
• COD has no additional charges.
• Cash payments can also be made at our office:

M-PESA Payments

You can conveniently pay via M-PESA Pochi La Biashara:

1. Go to M-PESA menu → Lipa na M-PESA
2. Select Pochi La Biashara and enter phone number: 0794 119 319
3. Input the amount due as per your invoice/quotation
4. Enter your M-PESA PIN and press OK
5. Forward the M-PESA confirmation SMS to +254 794 119 319 (WhatsApp/SMS)

This method applies to all orders within Nairobi and upcountry.
For large transactions exceeding KES 500,000, please contact us for alternate arrangements.

Bank Transfer / RTGS / EFT / Pesalink

Payments can also be made directly to our bank account:

At a request of our Bank account.

Note:

• Always ensure the payment reference matches your invoice number.
• Send proof of payment via WhatsApp +254 794 119 319 or Email us on sales@elitepowertools.co.ke || info@elitepowertools.co.ke for faster processing.
• Orders will only be dispatched once payments are received and confirmed.

Cheque Payments

• All cheques must be made payable to Elite Power Tools.
• Goods will only be shipped after the cheque clears with our bank.
