Non-Defective Products: If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You may return products purchased from Elite Power Tools within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

The product is unused and in new condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories intact.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The product is not a custom order or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
The return was made within the 14-day return period.

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to your original payment method (mobile money, card, etc.) within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
